Happy FABULOUS Friday!! Today whizzed by! It was SO nice to visit with everyone the last three days! These 5th graders are AMAZING because of the AMAZING parents they have! Thank you for sharing your children with me. We have library and were reminded that we ALWAYS have to have a chapter book in our desk, to read when we are finished with our work. The others can go home. We took our spelling test over homophones, reviewed some different homophones, and practiced with adding -es and -s to the end of words for reading. We ended our day with our technology celebration!
We celebrated Brayden today and he shared with us medals that he got in soccer, (he has played soccer for five years), pictures of him growing up, his favorite book Diary of a Wimpy Kid Cabin Fever, and his derby cars (made in Cub Scouts). Brayden likes to play video games, his favorite color is blue, he likes the Broncos, favorite food is steak, likes dogs, and has favorite subjects is math. We enjoyed learning more about Brayden and celebrating him. We are thankful he is part of our class family!
