This morning Mrs. Neese came in and continued her lesson on bullying. For reading, we reread the story "Buffalo Jump" independently and then answered some questions on our thoughts about the story and demonstrating our comprehension.  Some groups needed more time to work on their scripts for he "Tacky Sweater Fashion Show" so they were given additional time to work together.  We read out of the Westing Game, hoping to finish it before Christmas break.
After lunch, we had buddies since Mrs. O'Donnell will be gone tomorrow.  During buddies, the 1st/2nd graders got mail from Santa Clause, so we helped them read their letters! They were SO excited!
For math, we reviewed our missed problems from yesterday's assignment and then practiced some more with multiplying decimals!
We had our "Tacky Sweater Fashion Show" this afternoon and they all did a GREAT job!  Now we get to make our "Tacky Sweaters" tomorrow!
For $50, tell me one thing you want for Christmas............
Darren used his "show and tell coupon" and brought his dog named Peaches who is 2 years old.  Darren likes to call her "Peachy".
